SOLUTION: Hit the pause-play gadget. Let the "gas gauge" fill partly. Hit the playback button again to resume. Better, download the MP4 video to your hard drive. Play it full-screen in your movie-player program.

Spitfire Grill serves it up with flair

Fresh red salmon steak and scallops served over fresh local greens. Delicious! Earlier that week in June I enjoyed the grilled king salmon. Those mean-looking fish have the most buttery, rich flesh of all salmon.
